This website describes Navigate Capital's intended focus, capabilities and possible relationships. It is general information only. It is not an offer, invitation, solicitation, recommendation, investment advice, financial product advice, valuation, guarantee or commitment to transact.
Separate qualification and documents
Any acquisition, investment, fund, special-purpose vehicle, equity, financing, licence, service-for-equity arrangement or other transaction is subject to its own eligibility, structure, diligence, valuation, conflicts process, approvals, definitive documents and applicable law.
Nothing on this website creates a right to invest, receive capital, sell a business, obtain a valuation, access a Navigate asset or participate in a specific opportunity.
No automatic rights to the wider estate
Navigate Family Holdings owns its own ventures, brands, products and intellectual property. A Navigate Capital enquiry, investment or portfolio relationship does not create rights to those assets.
Any involvement of Navigate Advisory Group, Navigate AI Sales, Navigate Agents, a specialist product, an independent expert or another capability requires its own approved scope, capacity, responsibilities, economics and—where relevant—licence or transaction documents.
Opportunity-specific and expressly documented
A website enquiry, contribution, introduction, Navigate Advisory Group relationship or discussion does not create Venture Partner status, investment rights, equity, authority, compensation, fiduciary duties or a right to participate in an opportunity.
Venture Partnership exists only when expressly documented for the relevant business, vehicle or venture, with defined contribution, authority, economics and continuing responsibility.
Establish the right channel first
Using the site or submitting an enquiry does not create an advisory, fiduciary, legal, tax, accounting, investment or other professional relationship.
The initial form is not a data room and does not itself create a non-disclosure agreement. Do not submit confidential transaction documents, trade secrets, privileged information or regulated personal data until an appropriate channel and agreement have been established.
Separate responsibilities remain separate
Some opportunities may involve Navigate Advisory Group, another named Navigate company, independent specialists, professional advisers, portfolio businesses or external websites. Their own agreements, professional obligations, responsibilities, privacy notices and terms apply to their independent work and services.
Website materials and ownership
Unless stated otherwise, the website's design, copy and original materials belong to Navigate or its licensors. You may review them for your own evaluation but may not reproduce, commercialise or imply endorsement without permission.
Public descriptions of Navigate's capabilities do not grant access to its software, prompts, workflows, methods, products, brands, data or other intellectual property.
Use definitive information for a decision
We work to keep this website useful and current, but public information may change and may not be complete for a particular business, transaction or investment decision.
Obtain appropriate independent advice and rely on the relevant due diligence, approvals and definitive documents for any transaction, investment or professional engagement.
The current website terms
We may update these terms as the public service, institutional structure or applicable requirements change. A later transaction or engagement will use its own governing law, dispute and liability provisions in the relevant definitive documents.
