Build with Navigate

Bring a real advantage. Help build a real company around it.

A strong firm, operator, expert or distribution partner may hold the starting point for a valuable new company: trusted delivery, customer relationships, specialist judgment, IP, reach or leadership. Navigate can help test, structure and build the opportunity.

A credible starting point

Bring substance, not a partnership title.

01

A specialist business

Trusted customers, strong delivery and room to build a broader company.

02

An experienced operator

Deep market or functional judgment and a willingness to own outcomes.

03

Specialist expertise or IP

Methods, authority, relationships, data or intellectual property that improve a defined customer proposition.

04

Distribution or customer access

A trusted route to the people the company is built to serve.

05

A well-founded opportunity

A customer problem and market thesis supported by real evidence, not only an idea.

Customer before structure

Prove why the company should exist.

The first work is not choosing a title or equity split. It is understanding the customer, the problem, the existing alternatives, the advantage each party brings and the economics required to create something durable.

Navigate Advisory Group can help test the proposition, prepare the operating model and identify what should be built, bought, partnered or left alone. A loose collaboration between brands is not enough.

The new-company structure

Turn contribution into one accountable business.

01

1. Define the advantage

Establish what the builder brings, which customer it serves and why the opportunity matters now.

02

2. Test the business

Validate customer value, delivery, market, risks, leadership needs and credible economics.

03

3. Agree the operating model

Name who leads, what management owns and what Navigate Advisory Group will coordinate.

04

4. Decide the investment separately

Navigate Capital considers ownership, governance and funding only through an approved investment decision.

05

5. Document the company

Set equity, authority, capital, economics, IP, data, milestones, responsibilities and stop rights in writing.

06

6. Build and learn

Launch the focused plan, measure customer and business evidence, and allocate the next resources accordingly.

The result is a specific company or venture with its own customer proposition and accountability—not membership of a general programme.

What Navigate may contribute

Bring the few elements the business actually needs.

01

Market, customer and competitive intelligence

02

Commercial relationships, positioning, offers and sales systems

03

Leadership, operators, experts and specialist partners

04

Customer education, tools, products and routes to market

05

Software, data, AI, workflows and operating infrastructure

06

Ownership, governance and capital after separate approval

People, products, audience, pipeline and technical assets are assessed for the specific opportunity. Nothing is automatically assigned.

Contribution and responsibility

Ownership is earned around the specific company.

A builder may originate, assess, lead, operate, reach the market, contribute IP or—when privately invited—commit eligible capital. The contribution must be material to the opportunity and accompanied by continuing responsibility.

An introduction, advisory relationship, Navigate Advisory Group membership or passive interest does not create equity, authority or investment rights. Any opportunity-specific partner or co-owner title exists only when expressly documented.

A useful first conversation

What do you bring, what could be built and what are you prepared to own?

Begin with the business, expertise, relationships, distribution, IP or leadership you can contribute. Explain the customer opportunity as you see it and the role you are prepared to take.

You do not need to propose an equity split. Structure follows evidence, fit, contribution and the needs of the company.

Discuss what you could build

Build from a real advantage

Bring the strongest part of the opportunity first.

We will prepare around what you contribute, identify where Navigate may add something distinctive and say directly whether the opportunity deserves a deeper build conversation.
